Did you know you can graduate from Institute? Here’s how!
Graduation Ceremony is on Sunday, April 13th, 2025. Begins at 6:00pm.
The basics
What is Required to Graduate?
4 Cornerstone Classes
You complete with 75% attendence and readings the following:
-Eternal Family
-Foundations of the Restoration
-Jesus Christ and His Everlasting Gospel
-Teachings & Doctrine of the Book of Mormon
3 Elective Classes
You must complete with 75% attendance and reading 3 elective courses. They must be a 2-credit class (that typically includes most daytime and evening classes).
Your Application
Once you have completed or are near completing the required courses, you will need to apply to be part of the graduation ceremony that happens every spring.
Applications Due By March 31st
Ecclesiastical Endorsement
Arrange to meet with your bishop who will provide an ecclesiastical endorsement that permits you to graduate from Institute!

Why Graduation?
When you truly know who you are—a son or daughter of a loving Heavenly Father who wants you to become someone incredible—you can make important decisions leading to happiness and success.
As you build upon what you learned in seminary and other Church experiences, attending and graduating institute will strengthen your relationship with Jesus Christ at a very crucial period of life and help you continue your spiritual progression.
