About Scott

Brother Wilde was born in California and his wife in Nevada.  Through divine design their families moved to Taylorsville Utah where the two of them met as different dates at Jr. Prom (ask about the cat :). They have six children and seven grandchildren, but they also claim the 679 missionaries they served with in the Oregon Salem Mission as members of their family!

Brother Wilde loves baseball more than basketball, bike rides more than car rides, Snow skiing more than water skiing, movies more than television, any holiday more than Halloween (he still suffers trauma after being robbed by pirates in third grade), and Spicy Sweet Chili Doritos more than any other food on earth.

He loves his dream job of teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ to young adults.  “If ingratitude be numbered among the serious sins, then gratitude takes its place among the noblest of virtues” (Pres. Monson).
