About Richard
Brother Stuart was born in Arizona and after living and traveling in Europe with his military family, settled in Ogden UT. He graduated from Bonneville High School and served a Spanish speaking mission to Fresno California. While in college at Weber State University, he married his sweetheart Pamela, and they are the proud parents of five wonderful children and 11 grandchildren. He has been teaching in Seminaries and Institutes for 35 years. He taught Seminary in southeastern Idaho for 10 years, Institute in Virginia for 12 years, worked at church headquarters in Salt Lake City for 5 years, and has been at the Ogden Institute for 6 years. He has a Bachelor’s degree from Weber State in finance, and Master’s and Doctorate degrees from Idaho State University, in education. He loves all kinds of sports, with soccer being his favorite. He has been a public announcer for athletic events for over 10 years. He has also been a teacher and director with the EFY program for over 20 years. In addition to spending time with his family and four-wheeling with his wife, he loves his time with the young adults of the Church.
